I commonly support adults, children, and teens with stress, emotional regulation, anxiety, confidence, self worth, and nervous system overwhelm. This work can also support habit change, focus, sleep, transitions, performance, and navigating big emotions.

For children and teens, sessions often focus on emotional regulation, confidence, school related stress, social challenges, sleep, and supporting a sense of safety and resilience.

This work is not about labeling or diagnosing. It is about understanding patterns, building awareness, and supporting meaningful change in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Clinical hypnotherapy is a guided, focused process that helps you access the subconscious mind, where habits, patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored. In this relaxed and attentive state, the mind becomes more receptive to change, allowing new, supportive patterns to be formed with intention and care.

During a session, you remain aware, in control, and fully present. Hypnotherapy is not sleep, mind control, or being unconscious. It is a natural state similar to being deeply focused, daydreaming, or absorbed in a book or movie.

Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to healing and personal growth that focuses on the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Rather than only talking about experiences, somatic work helps you tune into physical sensations, emotions, and patterns held in the body.

Through gentle guidance, awareness, and practical tools, somatic coaching supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself. This can help create lasting change by addressing how experiences are stored and expressed in the body.

Sessions are collaborative, respectful, and paced to what feels supportive for you. Somatic coaching does not involve forcing release or reliving experiences. Instead, it helps you build capacity, presence, and self-trust so your body can naturally integrate and respond in healthier ways.

Yes. You are always in control during hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is not mind control, and you cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.

You remain aware, able to speak, and able to stop or shift the experience at any time. The process is collaborative and consent based, with your comfort and safety as the priority.

Each session is tailored to the individual and begins with a conversation to understand what you or your child need support with that day. We move at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative.

Sessions may include guided relaxation, hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, gentle nervous system regulation, breathwork, or simple tools you can use outside of sessions. You are always aware, present, and involved in the process.

For children and teens, sessions are age appropriate and may include visualization, movement, play based techniques, or creative expression to support engagement and comfort.

Sessions are 60 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for children and teens.

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, history, and what you are seeking support with. Some people notice meaningful shifts in a single session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to support deeper or ongoing patterns.

For children and teens, progress often happens gradually as skills build over time. I offer both single sessions and session bundles so we can choose an approach that feels supportive rather than rushed.

We will check in regularly and adjust as needed. There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you or your family.

Yes. Session length and pricing are structured to best support each age group.

Adult sessions are 60 minutes and $130 per session.
Children and teen sessions are 45 minutes and $95 per session.

I also offer session bundles for both adults and children:

• 4-session bundle: 10% off

• 6-session bundle: 15% off

• 12-session bundle: 20% off

Bundles are designed to provide consistent support while making ongoing care more accessible.

Yes. Many clients work with me alongside therapy, medical care, or other professional supports. This work can complement those approaches by supporting subconscious patterns and nervous system regulation.

I value collaboration and respect the role of other providers in your care. While I do not replace therapy or medical treatment, this work can be a supportive addition to a well rounded care plan.
